What is a great dish from my country?
Well, I would say Ceviche. Even though Peru has the most delicious dishes in the world -- well, that's what I think, and that's what many people say -- but the best for me is Ceviche. Ceviche is fish, with lemon juice, and it's not raw. It's ... well, you can see the fish and white color because of the lemon juice. You put onions, some onions, not too many of them, just a little bit of onions. Then sweet potatoes, potatoes, and maybe lettuce, all in a bowl. It's delicious. The most delicious dish here. I love Ceviche, always with some pepper. Yeah, it's a little chili, but you'd love it. Ceviche is the greatest. If you come to Peru, you have to try Ceviche, and Pico Sour for a drink.
